For the past few years the Family fun day at Epsom Downs Racecourse has been a firm favourite with our family and this year was no exception. When the weather is good it is a great venue for the whole family and a great excuse to bring a large group together. Whether you are attending to have a flutter on the races, enjoy just taking in the fresh air and picturesque surroundings or just enjoying good company, there is always something for everyone of all ages and provides such a fun atmosphere.

This year we attended with our son who is 12 and his friend and at this age it was perfect as they were are able to navigate themselves independently around and have a go on some of the many free activities including a Helter Skelter, Pony rides, Bicycle course which then allowed us to relax – Mrs B even won a few pounds

Season Finale and Beer Festival Race Day

Sunday 29th September 2024

Doors open at 12.45pm

Featuring locally brewed beers, 7 thrilling races and Live music by Chris Moloney – oh and also a free beer glass on exit (whilst stocks last) – it is recommended you book in advance online as the prices are discounted.

Tickets start from just £15, for £5 discount just enter SFLOCAL5 at checkout, this needs to be done online before the 29th September.

We are so lucky to have such a beautiful space on our doorstep and the events cater for all ages so if fingers crossed the weather will be kind and next weekend will be another lovely day.
