It’s always nice to use the Epsom and Ewell Families pages (website / social media pages)  to bring a bit of positive cheer to the community.   It’s what the platform is all about – positivity, community cheer and support, encouragement and brand awareness for local businesses via our directory and blog.  So I am really looking forward to bringing to you the “The Lockdown Sessions” by Epsom and Ewell Families and The WAYNE podcasts starting this week (expect them Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s at 5.30pm & Thursday’s at 6.30pm) LIVE on the Epsom and Ewell Families / WAYNE Facebook pages.

So what is the WAYNE or Why Aren’t You Normal Epsom Podcast all about?

The Podcast is a series of informal chats (interview if you like but definitely not the formal kind) with host Lewis Stephens, they are fun and engaging – one listener has said they “have a heart and intelligence behind them” and I totally agree.

WAYNE is all about bringing positive energy to the community and Lewis and I are really looking forward to working together to bring you uplifting chats with some of the Epsom and Ewell Families businesses in what is and has been a hard time for many in our community.

As well as these sessions with some of the EEF businesses we will also be getting together some Sunday’s to share positive stories from the week before, with so much bad news around we want to turn it around and concentrate on spreading the good – believe it or not there is still plenty of good going on!!!

The podcast isn’t just about the EEF businesses though, if you are a member of the community and have something positive to contribute then we would love to hear from you too, if you would like to be involved then do get in touch by emailing me (Dee) at 🙂

To view the podcast do ensure you are following the Epsom and Ewell Families Facebook page and also the WAYNE podcast page too or visit the website here –

I hope you enjoy them!

Dee xx
