Good morning Epsom and Ewell Families,
I hope that you have all had a fantastic September, and that you didn’t get too drenched in the torrential downpours. Although I have been battling an awful cold; I’ve had the best, busiest fortnight. I did a fantastic calligraphy course with Stacy Oakley – which has been one of the highlights of my month. You can read about it here.
Tuesday, 1st October
Visit RHS Garden Wisley for FREE on the 1st October.
The Science Museum has Experitots workshops on Tuesdays, until 15th October.
Get lost in the Morden Hall Park Hay Bale Maze from the 1st October. Entry is £3, and the event is also open daily during half term.
All Saints, in West Ewell, have a Youth Group after school on Tuesdays. The group is aimed at Year 7’s and above.
Thursday, 3rd October
Ewell Court Cinema Club have a FREE screening of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again from 2.00pm.
Friday, 4th October
Back2House will be at Caffe Italia for an evening of classic house anthems.
Saturday, 5th October
QEF is hosting a Rough Runner 5k or 10k obstacle run at Morden Hall Park.
Pick pumpkins at Crockford Bridge Farm from the 5th October.
The highly popular Epsom Big Draw is taking place from 11.00am, at Epsom Square.
Catch The Robbie Williams Show (by Scott Borley) at The Green Man from 8.30pm.
Tuesday, 8th October
Epsom and Ewell Mayor’s Charities are hosting a Fashion Show at St Joseph’s Church, in Epsom.
Wednesday, 9th October
QEF also has an Open Day, to help provide solutions for those with mobility challenges.
Saturday, 12th October
Leatherhead Parish’s Autumn Fayre, from 12.00pm to 3.00pm.
If you fancy checking out a local Fizz Fest, then book your tickets for the Bourne Hall fizz fest.
Wednesday, 16th October
There is a Soothe, Settle and Sleep workshop at Ewell Court from 11.00am. The course is £15 for Busylizzy members and £25 for non-members.

Bambinos and Me are hosting a Babies First Halloween Party at All Things Nice on Friday 18th October.
The second instalment of the highly popular Satisfied Eye International Film Festival is taking place, in Kingston, from Friday 18th October to Sunday 20th October. There are some fantastic films (I was a judge and am production manager for the festival) – it is going to be amazing! Please book tickets!
You can carve pumpkins at Morden Hall Park from Saturday 19th October.
Garsons Farm has Halloween Fun from the 21st October.
Head over to Woodcote Green from the 21st October for a Halloween Comedy Show. Tickets are £4 per child. Shows are at 10.00am, 11.30am, 2.00pm and 3.30pm.
Hobbledown has some Hobble’ween festivities taking place over half term – Halloween lunches, creepy crawly experiences, puppet shows, ghostly tales, creation stations and more.
James and the Giant Pumpkin is taking place at Crockford Bridge Farm, from Friday 25th October.
Cheeky Chimps has a Spooktacular party on the 25th October and 1st November.
From the 25th to the 27th October, there is Pumpkinberry at Flower Farm, in Godstone.
Relax Kids has a fun Halloween-themed session, for 5 to 10 year olds, on the 26th October.
Join the Witches and Wizards week at Bockett’s Farm from Saturday 26th October.
If you fancy a day trip to Portsmouth (maybe to get some Christmas shopping done); the Epsom and Ewell Mayor’s Charities have a coach trip on Sunday 27th October.
Brilliant Bilinguals has a Spanish Club in Stoneleigh from the 28th October until the 1st November.
Priory Farm is hosting a Halloween Workshop on Tuesday 29th October from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Pandibakes has a Spooky Halloween Cake and Craft workshop at Glyn Hall on Thursday 31st October from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
See the Greatest Show Fireworks Extravaganza at Windsor Racecourse on Saturday 2nd November from 4.00pm.
Carshalton Round Table is also having their annual Fireworks Display, from 5.00pm at Carshalton Park on the 2nd November.
