Hello!
What a crazy two weeks we have had, and there are still more changes to come.
Sacha Scott has done a blog post regarding the latest stamp duty announcement, and AJ from Ace Accountancy has done a video explaining the latest economic changes.
More companies have been able to open up recently and a lot of new events have been announced too. I hope that you find something for your family in our latest blog.
Friday 10th July
Epsom Library has opened again, with new social distancing rules in place. There is also the option to use their virtual library service, if you’d prefer to not visit the library.
The NCT are still offering free drop-in breastfeeding support calls on Zoom.
Jiya from Breech Lane Curry House will be hosting a live fish curry class.
If you’re missing visiting the theatre, the National Theatre is streaming some live performances for free on YouTube. Performances will be available every Thursday.
And if you are a music fan, the Royal Albert Hall have put together some fantastic performances to enjoy at home.
Saturday 11th July
Surrey Deaf Children’s Society has a fundraiser Quiz Night.
Monday 13th July
From the 13th to the 17th of July, you can take part in The Royal Society’s free Summer Science Exhibition.
The Museum of London also has some free live videos about the Great Fire of London.
Wednesday 15th July
Grow Cook Enjoy have a Mexican Chicken Salad class that is suitable for adults or families.
Thursday 16th July
If you would like to meet some mums or mums-to-be in the area, NCT are offering online Bumps and Babies calls.
Painshill are still doing their Summer Lates events this July, with social distancing measures in place.
Saturday 18th July
Enjoy Sutton are hosting a virtual science festival; with a mixture of live and pre-recorded experiences.
Sunday 19th July
Daisy First Aid will be presenting a 2 hr baby and child first aid class. They also have COVID-related classes available for those who work in child care settings.
Watch Music in Nork Park from home this year.
Tuesday 21st July
Grow Cook Enjoy have cooking classes available to book. Jayne also has a competition to win a free class, complete this survey for a chance to win.
Saturday 25th July
Join Complementary Therapies with Christine Michele Murray for her online mini retreat.
Sunday 26th July
The popular Surrey Vegan Market is returning to Epsom.

Foodbank Epsom and Ewell are advertising for an Administrator.
Scrub Parcels for Front Line Workers are currently looking for children’s cotton duvet covers, if you have any spare. Local delivery is at Danetree School on Wednesday 15th July from 8.30am – 1.30pm.
Danetree also has a Foodbank trolley for donations. The trolley will remain outside the school until Friday 17th July at 11.30am.
Chris Pipe is raising money for Mind charity, in collaboration with Co-Op Partnership. Chris is hiking up Box Hill to raise awareness of how mental health can be a very lonely hike.
