WHAT’S HAPPENING IN AND AROUND THE AREA – AUGUST PART 1

Hope you’re well? Things are starting to feel a bit normal, and it has been nice to see people (at a safe distance) that I know. Dee and I had a meeting at All Things Nice on Monday and tucked into a tasty lunch too. If you would like to see which local cafes and restaurants are taking part in the Eat out to Help Out scheme, Dee is keeping this blog updated.
Here are some local activities, holiday clubs and events happening in the area over the next two weeks. Many local businesses are requiring visitors to pre-book their visits, so please check with them before visiting.
Until the 30th August
Visit the Godstone Farm animals this August.
Saturday 8th August
Pride in Surrey is doing a tour in a rainbow-themed vehicle this weekend. They will be at The Assembly Rooms in Epsom on Saturday 8th August at approximately 10am.
Monday 10th August
Aerial Tumbling Club are back! They will be holding a Summer School at Epsom Downs Primary School. Prices start from £25 per day.
Wednesday 12th August
The Ultimate Voice is holding a four week choir course, for singers of all ages.
Friday 14th August
Take part in an hour long online Indian cookery class with Breech Lane Curry House.
Godstoneberry is taking place. Eclectic live music and comedy, kids area, workshops, and artisan food and drink. Sounds like a fun family-friendly festival.
EzeeSport have Summer holiday clubs at Leatherhead Cricket Club and Epsom Cricket Club.
Join Geeky Kids for their 2 hour daily Summer coding camps.
MEGA CAMPS have some fantastic Summer Camps available until the 28th August.
BodyFix Clinic in Stoneleigh has a great offer for anyone who needs osteopathy treatments.
Join Stacy Oakley Calligraphy for an online Introduction to Calligraphy course on Tuesday 25th August.
