Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (EEBC) runs regular Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (includes French stalls from UK-based traders) and Saturday markets in Epsom Marketplace. These host a range of stalls selling fresh, local products such as pastries, fresh bread, herbs and spices, fashion, jewellery, skincare products and more.

Speciality markets

Alongside the above regular markets, there are a number of speciality markets throughout the month. These include antiques, arts and crafts, pre-loved clothing & accessories and speciality cuisine. EEBC also runs the Ewell Village Artisan Market, which takes place on the first Saturday of the month. There’s more below about each of the ones coming up. Cash in the Wardrobe 

The first Cash in the Wardrobe Market of 2024 will take place on Saturday, 17th February (10am-2pm).

Held at Bourne Hall Ewell, this market is for anyone wanting to sell pre-loved, second hand, vintage or even new clothes from their wardrobe. It’s held every third Saturday of the month with the next two being on Saturday, 16th March and Saturday, 20th April.

Entry is free, and you can expect to find clothing, shoes, bags, belts, hats, accessories and jewellery.

Stalls cost just £12 and include a table and a clothes rail which will be already set up on arrival for you. For more info email:

The Farmers Market

The Farmers Market has been a firm fixture on the calendar for over 10 years.

Held on the first Sunday of every month (9:30am to 1:30pm), the market offers competitively priced high-quality products. The next markets are on Sunday, 3rd March and Sunday, 7th April. 

You will find a huge array of diverse, artisan and locally produced foods and products including: fresh meats, sausages, poultry, game, eggs, fish, fruit & veg, herbs, freshly baked breads, cheeses, pies, cakes and seasonal plants.

Ewell Village Artisan Market

Artisan market

This popular market is held in The Grove in Ewell Village (KT17 1RE) on the first Saturday of the month (10am-3pm). The next markets are on Saturday, 2nd March and Saturday, 6th April.  

A showcase for local businesses, products and producers, you’ll be treated to an array of goods including: wooden hand crafted gifts and toys, art, decor and vintage items; homewares, honey and beeswax products, handmade jewellery, fresh pastries and artisan breads; speciality coffee, award-winning preserves, herbs and spices; ladies clothing and accessories; handmade soap, body butters and vegan skincare products, bamboo eco-friendly products and more!

Antiques, Collectables & Decorative Arts Market

This antiques and vintage market is held in Epsom’s market place at various dates throughout the year with the next being on Sunday, 17th March (10am – 4pm). This unique market offers up to 40 antique collectables, vintage, retro, bric a brac and vinyl records stalls plus interesting decorative arts. This one is guaranteed to give lots of Christmas inspiration!
