Fatherhood: A relentless, exhausting, roller coaster of emotion and chaos! I think that just about sums it up right?

Feeling burned out, need 5 minutes to escape the noise?

Dad Chats is a local initiative and platform for honest, frank and even unfiltered conversation.

There’s no judgement – Just a chance to be heard, listen to and share real stories and get the chance to take a moment to appreciate your effort and the impact you are having on your family.

The relentlessness can catch up with you and catch you out.

Today you might not feel like you need any support. You’re backing yourself to battle on, but overlooked like every dad before you it might just cost you in the long run. That’s why Dad Chats exists – It’s your chance to be part of a growing community, designed to put dads first.
