Hi, I’m Anthea McCourtie – the face behind You By Anthea
I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc, mBANT, CNHC), level 3 Personal Trainer, and Yoga Teacher offering personalised transformation programmes to help you achieve your health goals.
Transformation programmes offer tailored nutritional therapy, at home or online; personal training and yoga to support weight loss and/or other health goals.
There is no calorie counting nor points involved. The emphasis is on nourishing your body, supported with realistic and sustainable portion and proportion control, with laboratory testing available and supplement recommendations where appropriate. Accountability is a key aspect of programmes, and as such we focus on achievable action points each week.
Personal training offers a wide range of activities including, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, Thai boxing, animal flow, as well as pre and post-natal training.
Vinyasa, ashtanga and yin yoga are offered, and I specialise in yoga for those who don’t always see themselves as the “non-yoga type”.
Corporate nutrition and fitness workshops are also offered.
