Yoga is such a great way to build a healthier lifestyle and a healthier connection to your body. Yoga offers physical benefits of course, but also helps promote mental and emotional balance.
Often we are living in habitual states of tension due to the stresses of our modern age. This can leave us with stiffness, aches and injuries. My aim is to understand each student as an individual and help you find greater ease in everyday life, as well as address specific fitness goals as needed.
