  1. “My kids (9 and 6yo) have been going to the half term and holiday clubs for the past year and have loved every minute of it. In the past it had been tricky to find clubs they enjoyed but they love going to the CPPA camps at UNLH. The activities are great – the fact that they build up to a proper performance really motivates them to fully engage. They are developing confidence from the camps as well as the weekly sessions they go to. With my younger daughter especially, she has really come out of her shell, both in the camps and classes but also at school. Daniel, Emily and the rest of the team are brilliant – the kids love them, and I feel their professional backgrounds really make a difference to the quality of the tuition and performances they put together. We’d recommend them to anyone!”

  2. “My children (9 and 6 years) have been on two camps recently and thoroughly enjoyed them. They went on the Halloween and the Roald Dahl camps.

The camps were well organised, with good communication before and during, and the staff were friendly, professional and approachable. The camps also seemed very inclusive which I liked.

The activities on the camp were varied and the children really enjoyed them. We loved seeing the performance at the end of the week. It was so good!

I think my children really gained in confidence as well as learned new skills and it was nice seeing them doing creative things.

I would thoroughly recommend the camps. It was nice as a parent to drop them off and all of us feel happy about about them going (what I mean is that for previous camps, maybe they weren’t so keen or I was a little unsure about them). But for these ones, they looked forward to going, I felt they were in safe hands and they had a lot of fun! ”

  3. “My two children have attended a number of half-term camps and currently they attend performing arts at the library. One half term camp called, ‘Fairytale’ camp they found excellent. The camp was set up with a variety of activities, games and drama that my kids felt were engaging and fun!

The staff are so welcoming, especially the gentleman called Daniel. He is extremely relatable to the children, a huge character and friendly.

I have a 6 year old and a 10 year old and I noticed from attending a few of the camps at the Upper library my youngest in particular has become more sociable and her self-confidence has Increased. I have also found that our 10 year old’s public speaking has become better. The school she attends has also noticed and she now delivers zoom presentations to perspective parents interested in their school .

I would highly recommend the half-term camps.”
