  1. “Shoden Martial arts & fitness is a enjoyable after school fitness activity for me and my kids, the rates are reasonable and classes are enjoyable. Jack Holdbrook is good at what he does. Attending the classes has been both positive and inspiring and you get a sense of achievement. It’s great if you are looking for various classes, some have young children and very junior participants.”

  2. “Both my girls have done karate with Sensei Jack-they have learnt a great deal. Karate is a fantastic skill to learn-he teaches discipline and strength and Sensei Jack is fair and patient, especially with the little ones.

My girls have be attending classes for a couple of years now, both enjoy it and I would recommend Shoden Martial arts & fitness”

  3. “Shoden Martial arts & fitness is one of the best martial arts clubs I have been to. Jack is a very good Sensei, really captures the kids minds. One of the only clubs where parents can train at the same time as kids! The price is competitive from the start but, I think the pricing structure is very well thought out, with reductions if you pay termly and also if you do multiple sessions per week.

I personally think it is the best club I have been to. They have a very good background structure with some extremely experienced staff. Excellent, Fun, Disciplined, welcoming, value for money, reliable and the first session is free giving you the chance to try it for nothing.”
