Simply Pilates with Caroline – Strengthen, Tone, Improve Flexibility, Mobility and stop the aches and pains!

My name is Caroline and I teach Mat Pilates, Antenatal Pilates and Postnatal Pilates out of Ruxley Lane Church Ewell. I have many loyal clients that really love my Pilates classes and like the personal touch that I offer. The groups are all friendly and welcoming. It’s a relaxed atmosphere yet very motivating, and you can work at a pace you are comfortable with.

I work in partnership with Epsom and St Helier Maternity Services and I specialise in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates. The classes help you cope better with the aches and pains of pregnancy, improve your posture and get you back into shape after the birth of your baby.

As a mother of three young children I have experienced first-hand the benefits of practicing Pilates. I believe that there’s no better way to strengthen your body to cope with the additional weight of pregnancy and prepare your body for labour. It’s also a safe way to heal the abdominal muscles post birth, tone up, and repair the pelvic floor.

Class time table is as follows:

Monday

6.15pm 1hr – Beginners & Improvers Pilates class

7.40pm 1hr – Intermediate class (some experience is ideal)

Tuesday

5.25pm 55mins – Antenatal class (Safe exercises to keep up strength and prepare for labour)

6.45pm – Beginners & Improvers Pilates class

Wednesday

6.45pm – Beginners & Improvers Pilates class

Thursday

10.30am 50 mins – Postnatal mum and baby class

(Ideal to regain strength and if suffering from diastasis recti & pelvic floor issues).
