My name’s Angela, I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer with more than 12 years experience in helping people loose weight, get fitter, stronger and moving better.
My training ethos is all about strengthening & mobilising the body by using its natural movements in fun and exciting new ways. Our bodies are designed to move and yet we tend to get stuck doing the same movement patterns each day. Let’s shake it up and move to a new level. I am also a qualified Pre and Post Natal specialist and have trained lots of pregnant ladies from the very beginning all the way through to having their children & beyond. One main focus for a new mum is to get their body back following the birth of their new bubba. Time, gentle corrective exercise and lots of internal core work is paramount.
