Sunshine, Margarita’s and Burrito’s @ Metropolis Epsom #REVIEW

What better way to spend a sunny Friday evening in Epsom than with margaritas, burritos and good company?

Last Friday we visited Metropolis Epsom, the town centre’s vibrant food hall offering a mix of street food vendors, drinks, and live events in a relaxed social setting.

For this visit we decided to try Burrito Cartel, Metropolis’ authentic Mexican street food vendor serving freshly made tacos, burritos and loaded nachos.

We opted for the steak and chicken burritos, both generously filled with fresh ingredients. Served warm and loaded with rice, they were incredibly filling and perfect for a relaxed Friday evening dinner. Naturally, we paired them with a couple of refreshing margaritas 🍹 which made the whole experience feel even more summery and indulgent.

With the sun shining, we made the most of the outdoor seating area which gave the evening a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Later, when the temperature dropped, we headed inside for more drinks.

Metropolis is a great local spot for a casual evening out with friends, date nights or after-work drinks, and there’s always something going on. Alongside the food and drinks, they regularly host events including:

Garage Bingo, 15th May, 7pm – 12am

They also have many live music nights and family-friendly activities during the school holidays.

If you’re looking for somewhere with a fun atmosphere and lots of choice under one roof, it’s definitely worth a visit.
