⭐️ Tell us a bit about you and your business?

I’m Anthea, a nutritional therapist, personal trainer and yoga teacher. I mainly work with clients in their homes offering transformation programmes and also run corporate nutrition workshops and onsite fitness and yoga classes for employees.

⭐️ What’s changed for your business since the outbreak of Covid-19?

I’ve had to take everything online pretty quickly. Although I was already offering this for nutrition and corporate clients, online personal training and classes have been new offering, and have all worked surprisingly well – especially for clients who may struggle with child care or to reach a class in time after a long commute.

I’ll be carrying on with some of the online classes (especially evening yoga) afterwards, and have some other online transformation courses in the pipeline!

⭐️ What are you looking forward to when lock down is over?

I can’t wait to see my clients and their families again – I’m already seeing how much some of my clients kids have grown!

As much as I love being online, I’m looking forward to reducing my phone and laptop time and being able to see friends and family in person again. Going to the cinema is one of my favourite hobbies, so I can’t wait to get back!

⭐️ Lastly what’s your positive message to help others through this?

Take each day as it comes. Some days will be easier than others but everyone’s experience is their own. Even if you’re not in a position to make proactive changes in this situation; it could be an opportunity to identify areas in your life that you want to improve.
