RELAX AND UNWIND FOR NATIONAL SPA WEEK

Posted by Juliet Wheater on 10 Sep 2018

National Spa Week, presented by the UK Spa Association, aims to raise public awareness of the real physical, mental and emotional benefits that regular spa attendance can offer. Regular spa attendance for the whole family is a cultural norm in many parts of Europe, although in the UK we still tend to view it as a ‘once in a blue moon’ treat rather than a weekly or monthly essential.

Our 21st century lives are fast paced, more digitally influenced, and busier than ever before. In the same way regular gym attendance keeps us physically fit, regular spa attendance is an effective way to help combat the long term effects of everyday stress that we have become accustomed to living with. The benefits of regular spa attendance really can be felt by every body and every mind. We want more people to give it a try because we know we have an important role to play in effective stress management and relaxation; something that we are not too good at in the UK.

The UK Spa Association wants to change this – so look out for fantastic deals offered by their partner Spa Breaks.com as from 10th – 17th September 2018.

So now the Summer holidays are a distant memory, it’s the ideal time to take advantage of National Spa Week and book an overnight stay at a nearby hotel spa (the closest we could find to the area under this initiative).
