At Epsom & Ewell Families, we love spotlighting local businesses that bring something special to our community and one of our partners Bodhi Eden has always been one of those gems. Known for its warm welcome, calming energy and holistic approach to wellbeing, the studio has now moved into a brand-new space right in the centre of Epsom, above Coffee #1.
To celebrate the move, I caught up with owner Hannah Estelle to hear more about the new studio, why the change was needed, and what exciting things are coming next for Bodhi Eden.
What inspired the decision to move to a new location?
We’d always envisioned more for our Community and for the Studio itself. The first incarnation of Bodhi Eden was a wonderful foundation to grow from, but we knew there was room to expand. Now, we’ve created an incredibly magical space just above the High Street (above Coffee #1, to be precise!) that feels like the perfect next step.
How will the new space improve the experience for your customers?
Our new Studio is a true evolution of what we want to offer our Community. There’s more room to breathe – without ever feeling lost – a dedicated cloakroom, an independent Treatment Room and a communal chill out area. With this space, we can broaden our offerings: from Yoga, Hot Yoga + Sound Healing to Chanting Circles, Book Clubs, Workshops and so much more. It really opens the door to a richer, more expansive experience for everyone.
What are you most excited about in the new location?
We’re delighted to be in a more central spot, right by the crossroads. The Studio itself is beautiful – peaceful, calming + already full of incredible energy. What excites us most is being able to share this space with even more people who feel ready to explore their path toward healing, health and happiness.

Kids Xmas Yoga Party @ Bodhi Eden
On Monday 1st December, 4:15pm – 5:30pm expect a magical afternoon of Christmas Yoga, games + crafts – perfect for your little elves, snowflakes + reindeer-in-training!
Expect jolly stretches, festive fun, mindful breathing + a take-home Christmas craft! No Yoga experience needed – just bring your sparkle + Christmas cheer.
All materials provided, Festive dress encouraged (the more twinkle, the better!), suitable for ages 4 – 8 years.
Bodhi Eden – Baby’s First Christmas
Join on Thursday, 4th December from 1–2pm for a cosy, connection-filled Mum + Baby workshop celebrating the wonder of winter.
