Novello Chartered Surveyors ( are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. You will be working in our offices in Epsom, alongside our small team of Chartered Surveyors.
This will be a full-time role with hours to be agreed, but preferably 9:00-17:30.

As surveyors, we act for individuals undertaking bespoke surveys (HomeLevel Reports and Novello Plus Building Surveys) to assist customers when they are buying a property to identify any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting existing customers over the phone and dealing with enquiries
• Sending out quotations, invoices, and terms of engagement
• Sending out survey reports
• Managing surveyors’ diaries
• Responding to emails

Required Experience:
• Previous administration experience is essential
• CRM and database experience would be beneficial, but not compulsory (full training will be given)
• Experienced in dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email

• Proactive/show initiative
• Great IT skills
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
