Who are we?

Wilsons, established in 1904 by Harold Wilson as a driving school, Wilsons Epsom has evolved into the largest new and used car supermarket in the South of England. We sell eleven new car brands as well as have over 1,000 used cars on site.

We are looking to recruit 3 talented individuals for a three-year Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Apprenticeship.

You must hold a full UK driving license.

As an Apprentice what will you be doing?

As an Apprentice, you will be working alongside qualified and highly experienced members of staff, many of whom would have started their careers as an Apprentice just like you. You will have a dedicated mentor assigned who will help you maximise your potential by sharing your knowledge.

Alongside your on-the-job training, you will also undertake classroom-based training with our expert Training Provider in Surrey. We have several apprentices already on this programme who are doing very well.

An Apprenticeship is just the start and here at Wilsons, our current General Manager started as an apprentice many years ago.

Entry Requirements…

To be considered for one of our apprenticeships, you will need a minimum of GCSE Maths, English and Science at grade 4 (equivalent grade C) or above. If you are waiting for exam results then don’t worry, your predicted grades will be fine. Automotive experience and interest are preferred, no matter how little this is.
