Nature Explorers’ Week @ Godstone Farm

Nature Explorers’ Week runs from Saturday 25th May until Sunday 2nd June and is a brilliant opportunity to explore the wonders of nature! They have got a jam-packed line up of exciting activities and areas waiting for you, including:

May half-term @ Hobbledown 

Get ready for a week of Mysterical May-hem at Hobbledown this May half-term (Saturday, 25th May – Sunday, 2nd June).

Magic, dragons and merry mayhem collide to create an unforgettable experience for all who enter. Prepare to be enchanted as you’re invited to join for the Merrydown Festival, a joyous celebration of Rumpletump’s older brother’s arrival and a spirited immersion into the vibrant culture of Hobbledown. From thrilling dragon parades to whimsical fairy schools, Tipp’s Fab Lab to tantalizing jelly-eating contests, the festival promises a day filled with laughter, wonder, and endless adventure this May half term.

Model display of World War II tanks and vehicles @ Bourne Hall

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-day, as well as a club on Saturday, 8th June, Bourne Hall will be displaying a remarkable collection of models of World War II tanks and vehicles including American, British and German. Of which there are over 20, which were made by a West Ewell man some 50 years age.

They will be on display from Monday, May 27th during the half term until the club on Saturday, June 8th in the museum gallery.

Sport And Science and Art Oh My @ Epsom Library

Epsom Library will be hosting a range of junior events for May Half Term.

Sporty Story Time: Tuesday 28th, May, 10:15-10:45.

Outer Space Rhyme Time, Thursday, 30th May, 10:30-11:00.

Both sessions are aimed at under 5’s, free of charge, no booking required.  Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Disco Tots are Hosting Summer Parties this half term om Tuesday 28th and Friday 31st May! Expect:

Nick Cope Family Show 2024 @ Epsom Playhouse 

Nick Cope has been writing and recording his beautiful and totally unique songs for children and their families for over 10 years, he performs with his guitar and animations to sell-out crowds all over the country. He has an incredible fan base from all over the UK which has just grown immeasurably over the last year due to the phenomenal success of his CBeebies show Nick Cope’s Popcast, now into its third series.

Nick sings his uniquely crafted songs while playing his guitar accompanied by a backdrop of Nick’s beautifully animated projections.

He will be performing at Epsom Playhouse on Wednesday, 29th May (2pm).

Grow Cook and Enjoy

Join Grow Cook and Enjoy for either a half or full day of baking on Thursday, 30th May. Enjoy cooking:

– Pizza
– Gnocchi
– Baked Italian Peaches with an cookie crumb
– Pasta
– Handmade pasta sauce
– Italian crinkle cookies

This workshop is for children aged 5 plus unless accompanied by an adult. It will be a super fun day of activities more information can be found here.

Could you be the smartest artist?

Join us at Epsom Library for an arty craft activity where we will learn about some famous artists and have a go at making our own masterpieces!

The event is on Friday 31st May, 10:30-11:30. The event is for ages 4 years and over.

Please note, booking is essential. Tickets are £3 per child.
