Epsom Mental Health Week 2026: What’s On…

Posted by Devenia Besant on 01 Oct 2026

Epsom Mental Health Week returns this October, marking 20 years of Love Me Love My Mind and bringing together a packed programme of events, talks, workshops and activities across Epsom from 3rd–11th October.

There’s something happening throughout the week, from yoga, mindfulness and meditation to peer support groups, talks around anxiety and burnout, creative activities, community events and opportunities to connect with local organisations. Most events are free, although some require advance booking.

One of the highlights is the World Mental Health Day Wellness Day at Metropolis Epsom on Saturday 10th October, from 11am–4pm, bringing together a wide range of local charities, support organisations and wellbeing providers, alongside taster sessions throughout the day.

Events are taking place at venues including Metropolis Epsom, St Barnabas Church, The White House Wellness and Health Centre, The Rainbow Centre and Epsom Picturehouse.

A brilliant week focused on connection, support, wellbeing and opening up conversations around mental health.
