EPSOM AND EWELL FOODBANK CHRISTMAS WISHLIST…

As the festive season approaches, many of us are busy planning celebrations, family gatherings and special meals. But for some families in our community, Christmas can be a particularly difficult time.

As always the Epsom & Ewell Foodbank (Good Company Surrey) are busy doing all they can to help those in our community and are once again running their Christmas Wishlist Appeal 2025.

This appeal helps to make sure that every family in our area can enjoy a special meal and a little festive cheer this Christmas.

CAN YOU HELP?

The Foodbank is asking for donations of festive food items (please note, they cannot accept anything containing alcohol).

Here’s what’s most needed this year:

  • Christmas Cake
  • Christmas Selection Boxes
  • Savoury Christmas Snacks
  • Yule Logs
  • Chocolate Tubs
  • Christmas Biscuits
  • Mince Pies
  • Custard
  • Tinned Ham
  • Packet Stuffing
  • Christmas Sweets
  • Yorkshire Pudding Mix

(Donations are needed by 10th December)

Last December, the Foodbank supported over 1,000 people with nearly half of them children. This year, stocks are running low, so every donation really does make a huge difference.

If you’re able to pick up an extra item or two during your weekly shop, please consider donating something from the wishlist. It’s a simple way to spread kindness and help make Christmas brighter for local families.
