EAT OUT TO HELP OUT CONTINUES IN SEPTEMBER…

So the governments Eat Out to Help Out scheme has officially ended – this was a scheme that gave diners money off their bill Mondays – Wednesday from the 3rd August – 31st August to encourage a return to cafes, pubs and restaurants. The scheme allowed a discount of up to 50% with the maximum discount available being £10 per person for food and soft drinks.   This initiative saw some of our local food establishments fully booked throughout the duration and allowed the community to ease back into dining out and to try new places.

Some of these businesses have now independently chosen to continue the scheme throughout September because it’s been such a success. Here is a list of some of them below (as I find out more I will update the list but PLEASE NOTE: discounts will vary at each restaurants or pubs, some may be limited to set menu’s, not include drinks and may be on different days, check directly for exact t&c’s):
