AN AFTERNOON WITH GOOD EVENING

Sudesh exudes personality – she is bubbly and chatty, and larger than life (even though she is smaller than me!). She clearly loves people and loves what she does, which makes her perfectly suited for her new business Good Evening.
We were invited to a launch party at Sudesh’s house this weekend, and arrived to the most beautiful smells bubbling away in the kitchen. Sudesh’s husband Kieran, sister Harmesh and friend Kirsten welcomed the guests – a fantastic and eclectic group of friends, local businesses and Epsom-based foodies.
The food, all beautifully plated, was a taste sensation. Each dish, even the humble Shepherd’s Pie, was created to well and truly satiate any palate. My three favourite dishes of the afternoon were the cauliflower, a version of panipuri, and the spinach and paneer.
Good Evening offers personal cooking experiences, small dinner parties and buffets, and the opportunity to learn how to cook Sudesh’s beautiful recipes too.
