After-Hours Fun at Godstone Farm

Posted by Kalli Pasqualucci on 25 Jun 2026

Godstone Farm has recently started inviting adults to visit the farm for the evening, for their Mates & Dates events. A perfect opportunity for big kids to explore the farm and release their inner child.

And I have to say that is exactly what we did.

We started in the outside play area – going down the slides, swinging, tobogganing, ziplining, eating ice cream (because we are allowed to eat ice cream before dinner), and then bouncing on the jumping pillows.

After a lot of laughs and a reminder that we are not quite as young as we thought we were, we headed over to the main farm area to meet the animals – Timmy, the tortoise, was our favourite, but we also loved meeting and feeding the goats and sheep, and seeing the new babies in the barn.

As the sun started setting – it really was such an incredible evening – we grabbed some burgers at the cafe and enjoyed them while listening to live music by Detox, who were playing covers of some of my favourite songs.

We sadly missed the animal interactions, which means that we will just have to go back for their next event. But ended our fun-packed evening with a walk around the dinosaur trail before having a little boogie on the grass.

Their next Mates & Dates event is taking place in September, and you can sign up to get Earlybird Access to tickets here: godstonefarm.co.uk/mates-dates-nights/
