A COVID CHRISTMAS – 9 CHRISTMAS EVENTS TO GO TO…

Posted by Francesca De Franco on 15 Oct 2020

Although this festive season is likely to be rather different under the circumstances there are still plenty of places to get your jingle on / see Father Christmas.  I’ve picked a few out below:

Tulleys Farm

Turners Hill Rd, Crawley RH10 4PE
Dates: November 28th until Christmas Eve

Live Interactive Christmas Drive In Show – Tickets on sale NOW

The amazingly creative team behind Tulleys have been working hard to adapt to the ever changing guidance. As Spring turned into Summer it became more obvious that our traditional family Christmas event, if it was going to be able to happen at all, would have to be a very different experience this year. How could we create a magical Christmas experience, that’s Covid Safe, celebrates Tulleys unique DNA, brings together our favourite Christmas characters and attractions, and is robust to the ever changing government guidelines? We started by creating a space that was safe, the Summer’s “Drive In” Cinema arenas were a test for both the Halloween and Christmas seasons. To create a show, where guests could be engaged with characters and interact from their cars, a show that would be broadcast “Live” onto our huge state of art LED screens, a show that was funny and a show that would bring the magic of the elements of Tulleys Christmas to life in a safe environment. So, for one year only, the team are embarking on one of their most challenging entertainment events to date, it will have limited capacity, it will entertain, it will keep your family safe and it will keep the magic of Christmas alive.www.TulleysChristmas.co.uk

Tulleys has tweaked its previously advertised Christmas experience to make it even safer. Tickets are now on sale for the Tulleys Drive In Christmas Show.

Tulleys is renowned for its experiences from its Halloween Festivals and EscapeRooms to its summer park. The Drive In Christmas Show will be set within the woodland grounds of the farm and is billed as a pantomime, Christmas film and Christmas show all rolled into one.

Visitors can take part in interactive games, a car gameshow and festive singalongs. Your own gingerbread kit is delivered to your car (Mother Christmas even provides a decorating tutorial) by one of the elves as is a build a bear kit. Children can write a note to Santa, all with the help of Father Christmas’ postmaster, which will be posted all the way to the North Pole and Father Christmas will share a magical story and give a special gift to all the children.

There is also the Christmas Diner where you order your Christmas-inspired food on your device and it’s delivered directly to your car.
