Simply Pilates With Caroline (In partnership with the NHS) / Pilates
Hello, my name is Caroline Reid and I teach mat based Pilates classes at Ruxley Lane church, Ewell. I also work in partnership with Epsom and St Helier Maternity Services and I specialise in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates. The classes help you cope better with the aches and pains of pregnancy, improve your posture and get you back into shape after the birth of your baby.
As a mother of three young children I have experienced first-hand the benefits of practicing Pilates. I believe that there’s no better way to strengthen your body to cope with the additional weight of pregnancy and prepare your body for labour. It’s also a safe way to heal the abdominal muscles post birth, tone up, and repair the pelvic floor.
Class time table is as follows:
Monday’s – Mat beginners and improvers Pilates classes 6.15pm 1hr and 7.40pm, 1hr
Tuesday’s – Antenatal classes 5.25pm , 55mins
Thursdays – Postnatal mum and baby classes 10.30 , 50 mins
