4 COMMUNITY EVENTS @ CHRIST CHURCH EWELL…

For the dads / men out there – coming up are four community activities re-starting this month at Christ Church Ewell and there is also something for everyone:

‘Men Behaving Dadly’ (Dads & Tots Group)

The Men Behaving Dadly group runs on a Saturday morning once a month.  The next one is taking place on Saturday 27th January @ 9:30am, this is a great time for dads in the area to meet other dads and spend time with their little ones.

‘Men’s Curry Club’

Can you take the heat?

The Men’s Curry Club runs on a Monday evening once a month.  The next one is Monday 29th January @ 8pm and will be a great chance to enjoy a curry and have a chat.

The following events are open to everyone (not just men!)

Chat & Tea’ for Senior Citizens

Chat & Tea’ for Senior Citizens runs on a  Thursday once a month.  The next event is being held on Thursday 18th January @ 2:30pm.  It’s a good excuse to get out of the house for a cuppa and get involved in the chat.

Community Quiz night

The Community Quiz night is run on Saturday evenings every other month.  The next event is on Saturday 27th January @ 7:30pm.  This is an in person event.

On another note Christ Church also run a Warm Hub:

‘Coffee Drop In’ Wednesdays 10am – 1pm are run for  the local community.  It’s a Warm Welcome Space / Warm Hub that you can drop into at any time.  There is a craft table area, board games, puzzles, toy zone for those visiting with babies and toddlers.  Enjoy delicious soup and bread between 12 – 1pm.
