Well things have certainly changed since the last time we discussed Santa visits….Fingers crossed this year restrictions allow our little ones to meet the Big Man and Christmas isn’t cancelled! There’s been more and more posts popping up on social media recently discussing this festive tradition so my advice is if you want to secure the best spot for your kids then it’s something to start thinking about. We’ve explored some popular options below:

You’ll be spoilt for choice at Tulley’s Farm Christmas Experience, with a 3d Cinema, Ice Rink*, circus, fairground favourites and singing chickens (!) amongst the activities on offer – tickets start at £39.95 from 27th November. *ice rink extra price

Experience a magical Christmas at Bocketts Farm Park, make reindeer food and Christmas badges, take part in the Elf Passport Christmas trail. Meet the friendly farm animals and burn off some steam in the indoor soft play! Bookings open now for visits from 27th November – prices start at £22.95 per child for after-school bookings

Meet the animals at Godstone Farm and explore an enchanted winter walkthrough, you even get to chose a toy from the toy shop. From £20.95 per child slots available from December 4th.

This year Chobham Adventure Farm offers a 1.5 hour immersive experience, with gifts for all (including adults!) from 4th December and £27.50 per child. Please note tickets to the farm will need to be purchased seperately although you will be offered a 50% discount code when booking your santa visit.

If it’s a more affordable low key experience you’re after then Denbies offer a ride through the vineyard on the Santa Express with Santa himself – topped off with a gift at the end of your ride. Starts end of November from £12.95.

Crockford Bridge Farm offers a walking experience through the wonder wood culminating in a meeting with Father Christmas (not suitable for buggies) bookings open in November and child tickets start from £17

Moving on from farms, Santa’s Wonderland Experience at Chessington Garden Centre, from 20th November, the magical walk through features a new theme each year, and the models and scenes are truly outstanding, with moving characters and interactive experiences. There are special SEND sessions available. Child ticket price (£18.50)

Just next door at Chessington World of Adventures on selected dates from 27th November – 3rd January, you can enter Father Christmas’ enchanting grotto and take a wander through his top secret Toy Workshop where the kids can choose a special gift! A selection of rides and attractions are also available for the Winter’s Tail event. All day early bird tickets cost £20pp.

If you like the idea of theme parks you can meet Santa in his log cabin and experience the magic of twinkling lights, snow-dusted pine trees and exciting seasonal festivities at Legoland – selected dates from 27th November 2021 (Tickets from £32)

The Bentalls Centre Christmas grotto is a steal compared to others at just £10pp, make a keepsake pom pom and find the secret door! Booking available now.

If it’s a show you’re after then Santa’s Best Ever Christmas runs throughout December at The Epsom Playhouse, a musical, interactive adventure aimed at 2-7 year olds. A family ticket costs £49.

Wherever you decide to visit Father Christmas, we hope you make some magical memories for you and your family.
