We have 3 dogs and its important to us that they are included in our daily lives, we love nothing more than to find a dog friendly pub especially ones that don’t frown upon our barky pack! Huge thanks to the Jolly Coopers for letting us take the blog photo in their lovely beer garden!

Here is a list of 10 pubs to enjoy a drink or two with your pooch in the Epsom, Ewell and surrounding areas:

The Cricketers Inn on Stamford Green with is a lovely setting adjacent to the pond is particularly popular with dog walkers taking advantage of the abundant paths of nearby Epsom Common. They also let you take your drinks onto the green which is great if your dog struggles with crowds.

The Jolly Coopers on Wheelers lane is an 18th century pub and has its own microbrewery. Doggy treats and hydration stations adorn the bar area

The Amato Inn is part of the Grumpy Mole chain, which never fails to deliver on its fantastic food and great ambience and there is always space both inside and out for your furry friend.

The Marquis of Granby on West Street has a great outdoor area with welcoming filled water bowls and a jar of biscuits by the door.

The Derby Arms opposite our world famous racecourse has stunning views and the perfect place to end a walk on the downs and refuel on its delectable menu.

The Spring Tavern on London Road has cosy log fires for Fido to curl up by and a large patio area for when the sun shines.

The Star on the Leatherhead Road, Malden Rushett is at the start and finish of many popular dog walks. Their Sunday roasts are very popular and booking is highly recommended, don’t forget to ask for some treats for your pooch!

The Cock Inn Headley is surrounded by the gorgeous Surrey Hill and with its award-winning menu and large bar area your four legged friend will have its pick of where it wants to relax.

The Wellhouse Inn located on Chipstead Lane welcomes everyone especially our furry babies, nestled in the heart of Mugswell this picturesque establishment is one not to be missed

The Leg of Mutton and Cauliflower in The Street, Ashtead has a heated and sheltered external area which welcomes all customers both human and canine. Water bowl and treats are always on offer for our four legged friends
